Q. Where are the trash rooms located?A. Trash rooms are located at the mauka side on all floors labeled (Electrical Room).
Q. Is there guest parking?A. Parking is open to the public. There is no guest parking.
Q. Where is the nearest bank?A. A branch of First Hawaiian Bank is located in the Eaton Square Shopping Plaza.
Q. Is there a Bulk item pick-up day?A. Yes.
Q. When should I put my bulk items (Furniture, etc.) out?A. Bulk item pick-up day is Saturday a.m. You may place your bulk items out on Friday after 5:00 p.m. Check with Security and they will advise you where to place your bulk items.
Q. Who is responsible for the operation of my Air Conditioner?A. Owners are responsible for their own Air Conditioners; however the Villa provides a quarterly preventive maintenance check up. We inspect and vacuum around the drain pan, and place an algae table in drain pan to impede algae growth, inspect drain line for any defects, check the solenoid valve, thermostat control, and fan motor. Change the duct filter.
Q. Where are the circuit breakers located?A. Circuit breaker panels are located on each floor. Check with security.
Q. Where are the public restrooms located?A. There are no public restrooms.
Q. If hiring a Contractor, does he have to sign in?A. Every Contractor must register with the Security Guard, he must sign in and out every day while he is on the property.
Q. My parking card is not working what should I do?A. All parking cards are handled by Ampco System Parking (808) 946-2518 located on the ground level parking garage.
Q. Where can my Contractor throw his trash?A. Each contractor is responsible for disposal of his own trash.
Q. Are pets allowed?A. Yes.
Q. Can I park in the Motor Court?A. Residents are given a grace period of 15 minutes. They must notify Security.
